GoogleAbsolutely terrible service, we have been without hot water in freezing temperatures of -5 degrees for 2 weeks and no one has managed to resolve the issue, they sent a plumber for an electrical problem and claim someone did reach out to you, there is no answer on the property management service and no callback to voicemails Worst service I have ever received.

GoogleI am currently in the process of purchasing a property through Haart, my main point of contact is Zofia who i have to say so far has been amazing, she has gone out of her way to assist me in all aspects, including meeting and talking with me out of her hours, to finding a solicitor. She has been incredibly friendly and approachable, and is certainly on the ball with the relevant information that you require so your fully in the picture right from the start. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking their perfect home, and i would definitely use Haart and Zofia again in the future.

My main point of contact was Deana Sultan who was very friendly and professional, I was always kept up to date with viewings and received feedback quickly. Even from offer to completion I was kept in the loop and did not have to worry much as I know I was in safe hands that all parties were being chased. GoogleThe worst estate I have ever had any involvement with. Complete lack of response to issues with the property during tenancy with documented proof of inaction, complete lack of regard to tenants' issues with a dispute on the return of a deposit 2 months after the let ended. No response to a detailed email with photos taken at the beginning and end of the let disputing a host of unrealistic deductions from the deposit. The response from Sam Bugden, senior property manager ! was in writing effectively "google TDS" to understand the dispute process. A complete and utter joke of a letting agent. Extremely unhelpful to tenants from start to finish of the let.
