Recently called up and inquired about a property that they had available and i felt like they did not have much conversation and that i was leading the conversation. I would of liked a bit more of a call lead and more of a conversation as it felt like i was filling out a questionnaire.

GoogleWe've just started renting with Brown and Merry but since our first enquiry with Alex she has been brilliant, very friendly and efficient and extremely personable. I was also greeted by the Sales Team when I picked up the keys and they were also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them ! :)

GoogleGreat valuation, getting to market and finding a seller. Bit more communication around exchange would have been helpful. Went with the offered sequence partnered lawyers which were very slow and poor at managing expectations.

YellStressful and frustrating experience
Very disappointed with the service I received from this branch of Brown and Merry. Communication was virtually non existent and they definitely took their eye off the ball with my sale resulting in a collapse of the chain.

AWFUL!!! DO NOT BOTHER BUYING/SELLING VIA BROWN AND MERRY AYLESBURY. THEY LIE/SLOW/AVOID PHONE CALLS. SOLD US A HOUSE WITH FALSE INFORMATION, WAS FIRST TIME BUYER/NO CHAIN AND WAS READY TO EXCHANGE AND FOUND OUT WAS IN CHAIN AND HAD TO WAIT MONTHS !!

very awful experience with Chesham Branch. We were going to buy the property which was listed by them in the market. They are extremely slow, not bothered to communicate. We were given false information couple of times. Please please avoid.
