We could not be more grateful to Philip for finding us our dream home here in Gilford. We'd seen it earlier in the year and enquired but it was under offer. A few months later, my husband took a call from Philip letting us know that the house was going back on the market, were we still interested? We are so glad our answer was yes, as we knew immediately on viewing that this is the house for us to start our journey in Northern Ireland in. On meeting Philip, he was so personable, we had good craic and he was so knowledgeable about the house he was selling and he kept in good contact with us and everyone through the whole conveyancing process.
