We would recommend Philip & Paul to anyone selling their home. They did a really professional job from start to finish, and their set fee was extremely reasonable compared to other estate agents quotes. The photos and floor plan showed our property in its best light and viewings where planned to suit us and our young baby’s schedule as much as possible. Even after our sale had been agreed the guys kept in regular contact with us and the buyers. The whole process was simple and stress free from start to finish. If we ever move again I wouldn’t go to anyone else to sell our house.

I had been looking for a house for quite a while and come across a lot of estate agents, and I can honestly say that Philip at Manor and Mill has been far superior to anyone else I have been in contact with. He is extremely passionate about his job and takes a genuine interest in finding the perfect home for his clients. He went above and beyond in referring me to solicitors, tradesmen and finding out any information from the seller that I asked about. He was very prompt in replying to any emails I sent and he met me at my house to give me the keys and went through every room to make sure I was happy before leaving. One of the nicest people I have come across in the process of buying a house. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Manor and Mill provided their services and they more than exceeded my expectations. I needed to sell my house quickly due to an offer that I had made on another property. Paul was very flexible with times that suited us to call over to take the necessary photos. He made suggestions for what was important to have ready for the photo day. On arrival he arranged some furniture etc to best show the house. He also had a drone to gain some perspective of the property. The photos were of the highest standard I've seen on property pal even with all the trawling I've done over the years. Philip was the front man for me. He was great to communicate with. Phone calls and e mail etc. He kept me up to speed with the sales process and was more than accomodating when it came to viewings considering both my schedule and those of the viewers. Philip is such a genuine person and it was a huge relief to have someone like that on my side in what turned out to be a very stressful and long process. Philip secured several offers for our property. Not without its own complications. But his clear communications kept everyone involved reassured of the goings on. My purchase caused many problems. I agreed to buy my new property at a time of market turmoil....the mini budget was announced which resulted in a huge hike of the mortgage interest rates. Among other issues when buying a property with land attached. Without Philip fighting our corner I believe we would have lost our sale due to the length of time the purchase was taking and the chain would have came crashing down and I would have not have been able to buy the house I'm currently in. I can't thank Manor and Mill more for all their hard work and dedication. They are a stand out team.
