I contacted Henley’s prior to our arrival in the UK, and Zoe helped us every step of the way. She even went out of her way to pick us up to view the properties due to us not having access to a vehicle right away. Zoe is professional, helpful, and very easy to communicate with. I would like to take 2 minutes, to say thank you to Lyndsey and Laura, to make you aware of what a Sterling job they have done to help me buy my house. To say this has been a difficult purchase is an understatement. Legally complicated, both for the vendor and my side, But thanks to Lyndsey and Laura, and the wider team effort, we eventually got there. Henleys have been fantastic throughout the whole sale. Very accommodating when I requested a viewing at short notice which allowed me to secure the house. The whole sale went on for roughly 7 months and without Henleys I am confident it would have been an extra few months! Recently purchased a house through Henleys Estate Agents. The Estate Agent involved was Lyndsey. She remained very professional and friendly through out the whole process, able to explain the terminology and kept in contact regularly with updates to the purchase. Lyndsey Also took time to help chasing up with a tricky solicitor to continue the purchase. Even when things went a bit sideways Lyndsey was very understanding and offered help to get a resolution.

Henleys are superb! We are local landlords and I was so pleased that we chose Henleys to list our two most recent vacant properties. I have used Henleys now for over 5 years and I can’t rate them highly enough. We currently have 2 properties rented through them and they make the whole process very easy it’s such a friendly service they provide and always there to help which is what has gone from most business nowadays. With purchases/sales they are one step ahead all the time and have a great in house mortgage advisor ready to help. I had a very frustrating experience with this agency due to poor communication. After my initial viewing, the agent confirmed the property was available. A week later, I was told it was already under offer, but then received another email saying it was still on the market. Trying to get a straight answer was like pulling teeth, with phone calls and emails often going unanswered. The conflicting messages and lack of follow-up wasted a lot of my time and ultimately led me to look elsewhere.

We approached Henleys for a evaluation and possibility of selling our late parents house. When meeting Henleys team, their were warm and supportive and positive on finding a buyer who would enjoy our parents house as much as we did. We instantly wanted to hand over the process on selling our parents home to them. Lyndsey was our main person, to speak to regarding the house. She was friendly, supportive and kind throughout the process of selling our parents house.
