Gordon carried out our survey last week. He was incredibly friendly whilst also very professional. He sent a draft report over so quickly which we really appreciated. We also had a couple of questions after the survey and he got back to us on those so promptly! Definitely a 5 star service.

Your surveyor(Gary) was precise, detailed, and extremely observant and thorough. I consider his appraisal to be fair and accurate. His complete survey of all elements of an EPC were covered .. His on site dialogue was informative and extremely helpful in helping to plan future works that will help to improve the property.

For starters the man who came to do the home report didn’t introduce him He was rude to my partner and her motherWhen asked questions about the home report he wouldn’t comply or answer questionHe has massively underestimated the value of the property And the hole process just seemed like a chore to him

The surveyor arrived promptly for the home report visit. He was friendly and relaxed which put me at ease. He was courteous ,polite and professional at all times. He inspected all the rooms thoroughly and accessed the loft. Any questions I asked were answered. The report was produced in good time. Good job - 5 star job.

A quick response from the initial call, but once the home report was completed, I had chase up the draft report and again once it had been signed off it took days to receive the final report, again having to phone to chase it up.
