On arriving at my house both surveyors were pleasant and polite, Once inside they surveyed the house in a timely fashion asking me questions that was relating to the house and fixtures, Once receiving the report i did ask for something to be amended, it was in a very quickly, I would highly recommend DM Hall Chartered Surveyors

Terrible company to deal with, different values from the same company that increased after complaining, made up valuations, unable to take justified challenges, and management are opionated and brash. Would not recommend or use again.

A very professional experience. I appreciated the small details that I should look out for. The report is very thorough without going over the top which you paid a hefty premium for back on the old survey system. Any minor details was soon rectified on the draft then produced to the agent very quickly.

Nice and easy process, it took around 45mins to an hour were it was explained in perfect detail what was going on.We spoke to the girls in the “Oban” office frequently who were also lovely to chat with, very pleasant but also very knowledgable on all matters regarding matters. All correspondence was very prompt and we would recommend to anyone!

The surveyor arrived early but confirmed access prior to arrival. He was polite and professional and completed measurements and data gathering efficiently. Due to the unusual shape of the property the surveyor was careful to check with us any assumptions on the layout and construction of the building.
