Advice from Adrianna on preparing the house was excellent before it went to market and helped enormously.kyle was friendly efficient and helpful throughout the process keeping me up to date with each viewing. The whole process was painless (apart from the packing and moving out !!). I would most definitely deal with Hegarty properties again in the future.

GoogleWe had a great experience with Hegarty Properties, they really went above and beyond for us. Their staging advice and in-house photography showcased our home to its absolute best. They also arranged a fabulous feature by Catherine Shanahan in the Irish Examiner property supplement. We chose Hegarty's for how well-presented their properties were, the standard of their photography, and their level of professionalism - and they certainly delivered, with our home selling quickly and achieving a sale price above our expectations.

The advice we received from recommendations to improve the house to staging and photography were invaluable and without a doubt contributed to a successful sale well above asking price. They did an amazing job on advertising and promotion and I don’t think you will find anyone more proactive than the team at Hegarty Properties. Adrianna & Kyle are so professional and easy to deal with. They kept us up to date throughout the whole process and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible.
