We recently sold a property and bought another. Adrianna acted in both the sale of our property and the purchase of our current home. She was a fount of knowledge with regard to advising us on how to make our property look its best for the sale. We followed her advice and achieved our desired sale price. Throughout the selling process she kept us informed of bids and made the entire sale process painless. With regard to the purchase of our current home she was a consummate professional and ensured that he buying process was hassle free and easy to conclude. A totally professional, seamless and well run process from start to finish. My wife and I had a flat to sell in Midleton, so approached Adrianna through an old contact Anne. It was Anne who first welcomed me to Ireland as part of her previous life at the cookery school. Well placed advice from Adrianna was taken on board to prepare the flat for sale, then the brilliant Kyle led the charge. Always courteous, super efficient and friendly, we were always in safe hands. To be honest Hegarty Properties were not my first choice. I had my house with another Auctioneer from March 2019 until August 2021. It was a very stressful experience, one I would not wish on anyone. Buying a house at the best of times is a stressful excitement, but add Covid and Brexit and it’s a game changer. Adrianna was an exceptionally safe pair of hands when we were in the UK and buying in Ireland; she is patience itself.
