GoogleWe have just sold and bought a house with Hegarty’s. I couldn’t recommend them enough. We dealt with Kyle and he couldn’t have made it easier for us. They were so helpful, very easy to contact, and always went out of their way to help us no matter what we asked. I wouldn’t look beyond them if I was ever looking for an auctioneer again. If anyone is selling their home I would recommend they go with Hegarty Properties.

GoogleWe started our journey to find a new home in 2021. We looked at several properties with various auctioneers. We found hegarty properties by far the most professional & thorough during viewings which is why we chose Adrianna & her team to sell our home. The whole process was seamless. Adrianna comprehensively advised on all aspects of the sale from getting the house ready, to preparing for photographs & finally viewing day. The sale was agreed in 2 weeks causing minimal inconvenience to us. After an engineer checked over our house, some boundary issues were highlighted. This made our sale more complex. We found Adrianna very knowledgeable in the matter & offered sound advice whenever needed. She also worked extremely hard in following up with the solicitors involved to get the sale over the line. I don’t think the sale would have closed when it did, had it not been for her tireless work. The purchase of our new home was also a little more complex. The purchase of the initial house fell through due to failure to pass engineering checks. Adrianna personally searched for another suitable property, eventually finding us what is now our forever home. The purchase was however also more complex than we’d anticipated due to an initial probate & an unexpected second probate. Adrianna kept us all in constant contact for the entire process, often working after hours & even calling to our house to go over things in person. The service she offered was exceptional. My family & I are extremely grateful to Adrianna for firstly finding us the beautiful home where we now live & secondly for working tirelessly to close the sale & purchase of the properties. I have no hesitation in recommending Adrianna & her team for both sales & purchase.

GoogleHegarty Properties were most helpful to me. All staff are very kind and knowledgeable and the regular contact reassured my worries as a first time buyer. Kyle was particularly helpful in answering any questions or concerns that I had and in handling my property purchase. What I liked most in dealing with Hegarty properties is that they were very fair and understanding to both myself as the buyer and to the vendor and handled any queries that arose on either side. GoogleI recently sold my home through Hegarty properties and the service i received was outstanding . I had the pleasure of dealing with Kyle and with the intention of shopping around after he first came to chat in my home but i looked no further he made me feel very comfortable and not under pressure whatsoever and his advice was so valuable in selling my home for the price i needed to sell for . Kyle was always at the end of the phone to answer and question i might have had and was so positive to deal with . From the very first day when Adrianna called to our house to give us advice on showcasing our home for sale, she put us completely at ease for what was going to be one of the biggest stages of our lives.....moving home. She has an absolutely amazing team behind her, each one of them helping us along on our process of selling and buying with them. We honestly felt like we were top of their priority list at every stage of the process and we could not have asked for more help and support. They put me in the right direction based on what I wanted and didn’t push me towards another house which I know can happen with new developments. Generally very personable approach as well which is rare amongst auctioneers these days.

We had been searching for a home for the best part of a year and out of all the auctioneers we dealt with, which was a lot, Kyle was the most sincere, friendly and professional. GoogleThis week I closed on my house sale with thanks to the help of Adrianna and her team at Hegarty Properties. I chose them because I had also purchased the house through them. I found Adrianna a pleasure to deal with, straight talking, professional but most importantly, she cares. She gave great advice on staging the house and took the photos herself. She helped in securing editorial in a national newspaper which also helped gain traction on the sale. Her team Anne and Kyle were also easy to deal with and very quick at getting back to you. Selling and buying property is a very stressful business so make sure you pick someone like Adrianna to help guide you through and make it easy!

It took over a year and 4 property recommendations (all through Adrianna) to find the right one, but all 4 were well suited to what we'd asked for. The service given by all at Hegarty's was excellent, having dealt with Adrianna, Anne and Kyle all were professional, friendly and easy to deal with, which made the buying process run smoothly. Adrianna also has great contacts, so could recommend an excellent builder who was happy to discuss any changes we wanted to make without any commitment, which was very helpful in our decision making. All in all I would highly recommend the team at Hegarty's - Thanks all!
