One of 3 estate agents to value my property, theirs was the highest valuation. With fees falling midway between the 3, I decided to go with R&D. Their photographer did a brilliant job showcasing my home, and my house was sold for full asking price within 3 weeks! Excellent estate agency - puts the other so-called ‘market leading’ local agents to shame with their low valuations - makes you wonder if some of them just want easy commission - definitely not so with Ryder & Dutton! Communicated progress reports regularly.

The after sales service from Becky Taylor was also second to none with the detailed updates. Originally went to another estate agent to sell my mums property and got nowhere with them. Went to Ryder and Dutton the shaw branch and they were amazing, sold the property quick time all within covid times too. Michaela and Conor were brilliant kept me updated with everything never had to chase up anything myself it were all done. Can’t fault them one bit.

The purchase has been a roller coaster but Lisa was always friendly, approachable and she always gave us all the time on the phone whenever we called( unlike our solicitors!). I would 100% recommend.
