It was so transparent and the most important thing for me was that I left all the work and chasing to Michaela in peace of mind that things will be done quick and she was always on point with keeping me with all updates regardless of positive and negative news. Fantastic estate agents to work with. I’ve used a couple of times now and found the experience to be very professional and pretty much hassle free . My negotiator Amy Heaton provided frequent updates throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly . Would highly recommend to use .

I have experienced very poor service from the Company. My rental income are being held in their Company for over a month. We have tried many times to reach them to follow up on the status but got nil replies. They have been very unprofessional in honoring the their letting agent duties. Their service promise in our letting agent agreement cannot be satisfactorily fulfilled.

GoogleAs first time buyers, we had the pleasure of dealing with Lisa, she was fantastic throughout the whole process and couldn't fault her. The purchase has been a roller coaster but Lisa was always friendly, approachable and she always gave us all the time on the phone whenever we called( unlike our solicitors!). I would 100% recommend.
