Overall, we had a great experience with R&D and we sold our house 10 days after it was put on the market for the price we were looking to get. For those new to the process here are the key points and why we were very happy with the service that R&D provided. The end-to-end sale process consists of the a few phases:- Sale price negotiation. R&D provided an estimate which was slightly below our expectations. Oliver, who was the R&D representative on this stage was very patient, polite and was willing to try our price instead. - Advert preparation. Oliver efficiently organised this part and sent Daniel to take photos and video. Again, I cannot praise more Daniel’s professionalism and attention to details. He simple did an amazing job and all the important feature and details were captured on the photos. - Viewing arrangement, R&D has an army of sales representatives who are available up to 8.30pm in the evening to take viewing requests which was just fantastic. We had a huge demand. NOTE, I chosen to meet and greet all those coming to view the house, and this was very well received, and I would recommend any future seller to consider this. - Post offer acceptance process. At the point when house was put on the market, we were assigned a senior R&D sales representative Claudette who stayed with us till the sale process was fully completed. Claudette acted as a dedicated contact point for our case. She facilitated any communication between us, buyer, and their solicitor. She was providing regular updates on the weekly basis (sometimes even more frequently) and she kept us updated on all related matters. She was always calm, polite and well organised. The end-to-end sale process from the point of offer acceptance to the point-of-sale completion was about 13 weeks. We would like to thanks Oliver, Daniel and Claudette for making the sale process an enjoyable experience.

GoogleAlthough these estate agents are notorious for over-pricing their inventory and leaving houses for sale on zoopla for 6 months even though they are SSTC, we wade an offer on a house. They never had the courtesty to even call us back with a reply. We assumed that the offer wasnt accepted by the vendor, but still, we missed out on a house purely because the staff couldnt be bothered to treat us with respect. Staff never call you back and are shady with their information,. (apart from 1 or 2 select few: Matt has always been professional) Apart from that, stay away especially if you are a buyer.

I have been really impressed dealing with Ryder and Dutton Royton for my Recent Buy and Sell process. From start to finish their professionalism has been outstanding and responsiveness really excellent. From the buying side, Jake and Mark (had the great ability to allow me to look around uninterrupted but was always on hand with to answer any questions I had) were great and through to the selling side where Matt was excellent in conducting the viewings where I was impressed by how quickly he had people interested in my property. The largest communication once I had agreed to buy and found a buyer was with Holly who was always a calming influence and frequently kept me updated on events. She was always prompt with her replies to questions I had and her attitude was always first class. I would say the team in Royton is the best I have ever dealt with and would have no hesitation in recommending them to my friends and family.
