GoogleSince the first meeting with Sarah which was very informative and also reassuring both Sarah and Becky have made the whole house buying process a less stressful experience Since mortgage approval Becky has been very helpful and assisting with regular updates putting our minds at rest. We would highly recommend to anybody when looking for a mortgage.

GoogleFirst class service by Lisa and the team, Lisa is very efficient and kept us updated at all times, nothing was too much trouble. Ryder & Dutton fee’s may be pricier than others but you get what you pay for and we got more for our property than other estate agents valuations. Would highly recommend. Liz Liddell

Lucy Amanda and Gabrielle they fantastic staff, nothing too much trouble to ask and very helpful, they have tenants line up very quickly week after they input the property into the rental market. All round a great experience with Ryder and Dutton as first time buyers. Ryan and Adam are always great with communication, which I appreciate a lot in this process. Ryan always has the time to make things clear and explain things at the basic level of comprehension I need because I'm a total amateur in this! and it was always a nice chat and some funny banter at the same time. I had a fine experience with them.
We are so happy to see such a lovely review, moving can be stressful and its easy to get lost in the process without a great guide. We hope you are happy in your new home, and you know where we are when you need us in the future. Hopefully you have a seamless moving day!
