BEWARE LANDLORDS AND TENANTS ! Would give 0 stars if possible, the directors of this company sent electronic signatures to there old work friend to forge signatures of the landlords ! They pressured the new tenants to pay a huge rent advance of nearly 25% upfront! When the landlords (my elderly parents) found out, they told them a £300 lower rent amount, so the £300 skimmed on top could be pocketed ! Landlords and tenants lost out, but they didn’t. Would not trust them with your properties, money or anything. Completely taken advance of my parents ! Choose another management company !

I believe we live in the world where we work hard to earn money and I would request every tenant to check the reviews of someone who already had lived in a property rather then going thorough the reviews of the one who recently got the keys obviously that moment is happy but my experience with chase residential and my living experience on the HA1 2TR was really bad I was ignored by agent and landlord offcourse for 2 yrs and 11 months a hole on the floor air flowing during winter nights ended up with moulds informed so many times no any action and reaction so without any further notice I was forced to move out from the property so I ended up cleaning the property with all my expenses so plz be aware and choose the agency not with there recent reviews Thank you

I had a disappointing experience with them... We scheduled an appointment with the agent a couple days before and in that day his colleague called me and changed the timing of it for which I could not arrive. Rescheduled it for the next day and when I had arrived at the property I discovered a strong smell of mould. When the studio door was unlocked I saw one of the room wall wet and near to the window frame it could be see the black mould. Moreover, the room was used as a storage for extra furniture. In another words, I have travelled a few hours journey to see a house in poor conditions. No apologies received.

A waste of time

I confirmed that I interested in a flat and asked to send me the list of next steps to proceed. They were constantly saying that they will send it in a minute, but they never did. I called them 4 or 5 times over different days and the response was the same - “I will send it right now…” eventually they just rented the flat to someone else. They totally disrespect people’s time and effort!
