GoogleArchie Degun was fantastic and was communicating effectively until the completion. We could feel her better service as others in her office was always been busy to respond to our call and did not bother much until she is back in the office

GoogleBuyers beware. Watch out for tactics such as them saying “you’re the sellers first choice” and “your’e the favourite in this”. This will be followed by replies of can you up your offer? Always assume they’re doing the same to someone else. They will also tell lies saying “the seller has had a lot of knocks on their door asking them to sell to them” Don’t bother asking for a callback because they never do. Estate agents selling a property can do it with with dignity. Charrison Davis are an estate agent that doesn’t. More lies from the estate agent saying that they’ve never dealt with me below. I suggest you check your records again

GoogleExcellent service from start to finish. Having noticed a number of neighbours using Charrison Davis to sell there properties & being happy with the service we decided to do the same. The valuation was accurate & the pictures were excellent, Unfortunately our first sale fell through but they wasted no time in finding a new buyer & assisted us with getting the property sold within the time frame we gave. Communications were great, regular updates via phone or email & you could always speak to someone when you needed to. Thank you everyone for all your hard work.

GoogleI rang about a property at least 3 times that I was very interested in buying as soon as, even thinking to put down a deposit for the property so nobody else buys it. The staff kept telling me they will ring me back and organise a viewing but they never. I even asked my girlfriend to call they said the same thing. It’s very unprofessional especially when somebody is in a hurry to buy in cash and they pay no attention to it. I do not recommend them at all, even though I have selected 1 star they don’t even deserve that. It’s been selected so I can post this message to whoever that wants to buy or wants to rent.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
You clearly have the wrong estate agent , anybody that has ever bought or sold through us know we don’t accept deposits from buyers , kindly contact the correct Estate Agent with your grievances

Facebookreported the same issue several times (leak toilet) since 2020, until the present nothing was done. This issue is a concern as is cause of health condition in the household. Contacted them several times, last on the end of November wich Samantha reply will send someone to check it on the next day. After 1 month they never get back to me. 3 years gone and still nothing was done. other is the cleaning and the care of the garden.
