my boiler was broken after 4 years I bought the new house and after repairs every years. My plumber installing new boiler told me it was not installed properly by the developer. They simply did not use chemicals to save few pounds. Water becomes yellow and smelly. My neighbour has same problem. BAD QUALITY!

Couldn’t complete our house sale in 6weeks so they cancelled reservation. Unrealistic timescale for a sale and purchase to go through. If you don’t use their solicitor they’ll cancel your reservation.

GoogleNice sized houses, extremely poor management of snags. After almost a year still around 20 snags outstanding. Quality of the plaster and decorating is the equivalent of a toddler's skills. Quality of the roads are appalling. None existent customer care

moved into 3 bed tyrone at hutton park blyth recently.sales staff excellent(kept in touch frequently) most snags dealt with promptly(there were not many to be fair).builders on site are friendly and helpful. messy road leading to our house and needs a tidy up but generally happy.
