We are also continuously reviewing our internal processes and quality control measures at completion to ensure closer coordination between our construction and customer care teams. For further reassurance, once your new home is fully built, an independent building inspector will inspect to ensure your new home meets the NHBC standards before handover takes place. We appreciate that buying a new home is a big decision, and we’d always encourage prospective buyers to speak directly with our team, visit our developments, and ask any questions they may have so we can provide reassurance and clarity at every stage.
