Stella at bracken park really helped making moving into our first home alot Easier than expected, she was always in contact with us over everything and made the whole process smooth. The whole process only took 6 weeks from start to finish a lot quicker than we initially thought. We’ve only been living in our new home a few weeks and we love it. We can’t thank them all enough.

What can I say about Gleeson Homes, Well after reading the reviews and the many hate groups on facebook, I was unsure about buying from them. But after Meeting Deborah at Willows park Development And seeing the seeing the quality of the houses in the flesh my mind was changed, I had a very fixed criteria of what I needed from my new home after after looking at various property's settled on a Kilkenny. I wasn't sold on the layout and preferred the layout of the Tyrone. I was going to wait for a Tyrone but after looking at the offer that was on the Kilkenny made sense to go with it. Luckily I did as they sold the rest out to investors! something I was assured from Their marketing they didn't do. Why 5 star simply the service that I received from Deborah (Her boss was a little bit pushy during exchange and completion which stressed me out on many occasions) but Deborah was always there to sort any issues and show me pictures of her pet duck! In my opinion sometimes management should leave it to the staff who know the customers and have that existing relationship with the customer. After I moved in the site manager Craig has been outstanding with checking if have any issues, fixing small snag and going above and beyond to ensure minimal distribution. After 2 months living here have to say love my home and 0 regrets with using Gleeson.

Awful experience with gleeson. All they care about is selling houses and making money. Once you move in they don't care.I've had several leaks in my house, causing mold and they take over 6 months to get resolved.The drainage around the estate isn't suitable for all the houses within the development. Therefore on most occasions, the area just smells like sewage.They refuse to fix the roads until the development is complete, so expect punctures on your tyres. The support is terrible.The complains department don't answer their phones.The only decent people are the sales team.The house I have is a nice little house, but with the amount of issues I've had, then it doesn't make it worth having. If you want a new build, find a smaller development and don't waste your hard earned money with Gleeson homes

Ask yourself the question before you buy at Northbeck Grange. Why has the sales office re-located all the over to BD2 Calverley View? Could it be something to do with the fact that the existing home owners wouldn't stop complaining about the countless issues they have and are still facing? Was this interrupting the sales pitches? Strange, why would the sales office not be located at the build site? any longer...Moving on, after you have purchased, you can forget about after care. I had an issue with my drive whereby because it wasn't laid correctly, the rain water does not flow into the gutter, instead it pools on the drive and against my house. The previous site manager who has now left the company, explained this is normal and we will "monitor it over the coming weeks/months". Now that he has left, and its been about 6 months, I re-opened the defect after he told me to close it, I assume to keep customer care of their backs only to find customer care themselves have now said its not a defect. How is water pooling against my property not a defect?Moving on to the inside, if trust pilot allows, I will upload several images of the quality of work you can expect, or you can see my Google Review. Poor finishes in every room, a broken bath panel, when you step into the bath it sounds like the ceiling might give way (again), oh because it give way due to a leak before. After they fixed the leak, the bath panel was never put back in place properly. The defect is still outstanding to this day.Multiple pencil marks on my walls behind radiators, no sealant in places where sealant is required and the outside pavement looks awful, come have a look for yourselves, its like they just couldn't be bothered to lay fresh tarmac.Fake weep vents around the whole property which means sooner or later, if moisture ever gets in, it isn't getting out, good luck guys! Oh and I almost forgot about the loud banging when the hot waters turned on, behind the walls and the tiles on the roof rattling whenever its windy. Before you part with your hard earned, potentially life savings, read the reviews, visit the properties, knock on peoples doors, we don't bite. Come and see first hand what you are buying, don't let the smiles and pre-sale antics buy you.Me and my family will be selling as soon as we are able to, its been less than a year. Id like to buy somewhere where my car isn't damaged every time I try and use the drive on my own property due to the ridiculously high drive lip and low, unfinished pavement!Oh and before i forget, I only remembered because the same thing has happened at another Gleeson property. So the sales office/site have "lost" a set of my house keys. I recall months ago, prior to my official move in I requested a key to my garage, because I would like access to it, something which Gleeson's must not have thought off. I enter the property a few days after requesting the key to find it sat on my kitchen table! So when i asked for all my keys now that I've moved in, the key is no where to be found. Is this a security risk?? I think so. So now someone could enter my property, without force, at any time day/night and its all thanks to Gleeson's. Wish me luck everyone!

I have recently bought a new home with this company and have received excellent customer service throughout. Sarah McKeown has been amazing throughout the whole process and Jon Vickers who I dealt with at the beginning. Nothing has been too much trouble and I felt confident any problems would be dealt with in a timely manner. Sarah has gone over and above even helping a damsel in distress moving a mattress albeit only a few doors down but what a kind lady! Would highly recommend this company and my home is beautiful.

We were helped today by Tina at Stoneyford Green. We went to look at the show homes after driving past the development a couple of weeks ago. Tina couldn't have been more helpful - she answered any questions me and my partner had (we're first time buyers so we were a bit apprehensive) and went through all purchase options, schemes etc.We both feel so much better after going in and having a conversation and are looking forward to being updated on the houses coming up in 2025.

After numerous emails back and forth with the regional Managing director regarding the condition of our roads amongst other things on the Rainsborough Park site, we are still no further forward! We have lived on this site for coming up to 4years with raised manholes, damaged high kerbs, non existent pavements, green areas being used a rat run due to lack of bollards or fences to prevent it happening! Numerous promises for the work to be done and not, then when asked why to be given excuse after excuse. I have asked for a meeting with us residents and still waiting for him to come back with a date 2 weeks later!

Been in the property for a year, with all the defects we had to sort its been a nightmare.Recently I've noticed there's a gap high level between the window and roof facia. Reported to gleeson as we are still in our 2 year warranty there response- As this defect wasn't discovered when I moved in they will not be carrying out any works as this isn't gleeson fault.* reviewedGleeson did react with a visit in July with a visit from the site manager who frankly not knowing my back ground in construction came across i didn't know what i was talking about 😂. Still no action has been taken.

Contrary to all the negative reviews, we had a great experience buying through Gleeson. Scott was always available to help out and give updates on the house while it was being built. After moving in, the builders have always come round pretty quickly and fixed any issues and snags.As for the house itself, it is well designed with plenty of space and as with all new builds it is nice and energy efficient. As other reviews mention, there are a couple of snags on the finishing, but at the end of the day it is affordable and is a lot better than the houses we viewed in the same price range.Overall, very positive!

From when we first enquired at Spring Mill, reserving our home, to finally getting the last part of our sale done the team at Gleeson were amazing. Suzanne guided us through the whole process with so much knowledge and care, every bump in the road she dealt with so quickly! Nothing was ever too much for her - she was on hand constantly and I couldn’t of asked for anymore from her. She’s helped us with every question, concern, all communication and any paperwork! Nothing phased her, she’s a asset to Gleeson and I would go to her directly again ten times over. She’s the kindest lady and I don’t think we’d of been able to get to where we are without her help and dedication to her clients.

We were guided through the whole experience from first showing interest on the development to completion and moving in by Amaara, she looked after our interests every step of the way. Everyone on the development seems so friendly and nothing is too much trouble for Mark the site manager, anything you need doing he will sort it. Well done Amaara and Gleeson we are very pleased with our new home.

We have a gleeson property and bought it 6 years ago when it was 8 years old. We are now selling it and have discovered the completion certificates were not done by gleeson and the relevant paperwork was not fully completed by them after building. (I am aware our solicitor should have seen this bit did not) To add the that they are being very unhelpful in responding the the queries we have. The house construction is fine it's just the company as a whole seems to just want the money and make shortcuts in completing documents.

Very friendly staff!!! Moved in 1 week ago, the development looks really nice and house quality seems to be great so far compared to other developers. What I found to be really special about this place is the staff, both sale office and their solicitors. They have helped us a lot during our buying process and always kept in touch with us updating or advising us on the next step to do. Sue from the sale office has been an absolute legend, she was really professional and friendly through out the process Great Costumer Service Skills! In terms of house quality i don't think i am entitled to have an opinion just yet as i just moved in 1 week ago but what i found nice compared to other developers were i lived before is: -the distance between windows and ceiling is the same from a end to the other on all rooms,- walls are straight - paint quality could be a bit better (it's non washable one) but at least is wipeable- The cupboards and extras installed are really nice, EPC rating B, - the electric charger works perfectly Project EV 7.3KW - BT connection ready done aHouse quality, all seems to be ok with no obvious issues. Location, incredible Staff A++Highly recommend !!

We have been visiting the site for a few months now whilst waiting to secure a sale on our current property and have found all the sales advisors to be knowledgeable and friendly.After finally accepting an offer we checked the status of the plots online and found the released plot we had been hoping for had unfortunately been reserved. Nightmare!Close to giving up we visited the sales office where we met Emma for the first time who confirmed the worst.Seeing our obvious disappointment she went above and beyond and we were able to reserve an alternative plot with our preferred style of house.The level of customer care Emma provided was fantastic and flipped our disappointment on its head.We now have full confidence moving forward and can begin to look forward to working towards completion.Thanks again Emma and all at Gleeson (Cumbria)!

My experience being a first time buyer was a very quick process to say the least but this was due to the house being built almost a year, nevertheless that didn’t put me off. From the very beginning Adam the Sales Executive has been very helpful and informative and guided me every step of the way. Every time I felt stressed or anxious, he quickly reassured me that everything will go to plan and it did. I’m very happy with the house and the Site Management Richard and Dec have been brilliant in sorting out the very little snags I identified.
