Let me introduce myself I am Sean Fairbridge I live in Redcar with my wife Hayley, baby girl Isla, and our one-eyed pug Dobby. I've got a very strong background in sales, business and marketing but more importantly, I know how to be there for people, and know how to help people in the Teesside area find their perfect homes. I absolutely love my job! My wife would describe me as incredibly persistent (and competitive) and working for myself with the backing of a great culture in EweMove gives me all the tools I need to nurture customer journeys from start to finish. You'll know that there is a real lack of personality in today's breed of Estate Agents, and my goal is to change that, by working hard to build and nurture relationships to help you find your dream house. If I can smile and have fun while finding dream homes for the amazing Teesside people, then I have succeeded. GoogleOh dear oh dear. Great news for some sellers, from a buyers perspective, the 'old school' way of selling is rife. In 2023, its not difficult to see right through it. Two offers were made, both declined, this is absolutely fine. Its the bull that followed... we have so much interest. Lots of viewings and other offers.... I'd buy that... if the property in question hadn't been for sale for another 5 month's since my offers were declined. It's a disservice to potential buyers and maybe the seller that is having to pay utility and council tax on a empty home. Don't get me wrong, no sour grapes. It's the nonsense attached to a offer been declined that is intolerable. People are not stupid, treating buyers (or sellers) with contempt and putting it in a email makes you look completely unethical. A house, anything is worth what the market can demand.

GoogleEweMove are outstanding, we had previously marketed our property with 2 Estate agents based in Redcar, who only worked office hours of 9 to 5 Monday to Friday & failed to generate interest in our property. We switched to EweMove who operate 24/7 & escort all viewings, within 1 week we had 6 viewings & an offer that was £10K above the asking price. Nicola in particular was excellent, she was thorough, & totally professional, she managed the entire process with the result that from offer to sale was completed in just 10 weeks.

GoogleThe property, was quite well presented and Sean showed that he had not only the local knowledge but the property details you need when questioned, he was also prompt and on time. The property, for us, has the downstairs footprint but the upstairs just wouldn't work. Thanks for your help Sean, much appreciated 👍

FacebookSean is very helpful and is willing to go the extra mile! *edited review* I would also like to add now some time has passed since I initially left this review and I’ve spoken to other estate agent companies it’s made me realise how much of a great guy sean is, I have to say he’s absolutely a pleasure to talk to and would go extra mile for you, you don’t get any Chinese whispers or vagueness with Sean he tells you how it is and is supportive which is very rare in the estate agent business I have found (been looking to buy since nov and have dealt with several estate agents) Sean is very knowledgeable and he’s just a absolute legend.
