Short, unresponsive team who despite the tag line of “here to help you get there” have provided no such help. Have applied for several properties as well as emailed to ask for guidance moving to a new city with rude responses that they are unable to support.

GoogleHunters sold my mothers home in East Grinstead recently. I am not from the area and it was a probate sale and so I googled the estate agents there and chose Hunters because of their positive reviews. They did a decent job and got me a good price.I have no complaints.

Absolute clowns! Always have a attitude, never want to sort any issues with the property. I left the property 2 month ago and they aren't releasing my deposit, talking about damage when I have emails from them accepting it wasn't my fault. Avoid!

Thank you for you feedback. Here at Hunters we are always striving to offer the best service possible and I am sorry you did not feel the service was as good as you would have hoped but our staff at Hunters have been instructed that they do not have to tolerate abuse. The lady in question was shouting loudly at our staff member and calling him rude names (and all estate agents in general) We have a strict policy here that this sort of behaviour will not be tolerated. This incident was noted and written down in full the moment the agent returned to our office and has been reported to both our head office and the developer selling the apartment in question. For everybody reading this review please look at our other reviews and you will see that although it seems it is impossible to please everybody all the time we have an excellent track record that we are very proud of and we believe we offer excellent service to our clients.
