Olivia Rennie the Lettings Negotiator at Fox & Sons, Haywards Heath, who handled my letting bid is one of a kind. She is so magical and fantastic with her approach and methodology. I am so very happy with the service she rendered. I’ve had really bad experiences with other letting agents from other companies, but Olivia has undoubtedly etched Fox & Sons Haywards Heath with gold in my heart. Wow - fox and sons were great when we were buying! Zoe was a pleasure to liaise with and happy to help with any queries - a great person to have in our corner as a go between to other parties in the process. The in house mortgage advisor Gareth was brilliant - incredibly knowledgeable and helpful especially to us as first time buys in our early 20s without a clue about lots of important details. Absolutely appalling and disgraceful service from Fox & Sons Lettings. Morgan Wilde (Crawley branch) and Olivia Rennie (Haywards Heath branch) completely failed in their duties while I was paying full management fee. They left my property vacant for over five months on purpose, ignoring at least two eligible tenants who submitted enquiries - both never received any response. On top of that, they kept presenting me with tenants who were completely unsuitable for the flat, people without jobs. This shows a shocking disregard for my property and finances. I had to constantly chase them to carry out even basic management duties, and their excuses were pathetic. Their negligence, unprofessionalism, and complete lack of accountability cost me thousands in lost rent. I had to constantly chase them to do even the most basic management tasks, and their excuses were pathetic. When I went to another agent, my flat was rented in less than 48 hours - proof of their incompetence and negligence. I strongly advise anyone not to deal with Fox & Sons letting department, especially Morgan Wilde at Crawley and Olivia Rennie at Haywards Heath. They’re disgusting, dishonest, and their behaviour utterly unacceptable. I am taking this further and I will not rest until I get a proper explanation and resolution. Shame on you Morgan Wilde and know that your dishonesty and dirty play will cost you in life.

I recently bought a house In Haywards Heath through Fox and Sons. Such a nice friendly team. Byron was lovely and showed me around a few possible home but knew which one I’d prefer! I saw Ben in office who was so helpful with all my ID checks. Gareth is the most helpful financial advisor and went through everything step by step and and relieved my anxiety about buying house on my own !! Zoe was lovely and kept me up to date with progress of sale !! My experiance with Fox & Sons Haywards Heath was spectacular, from initially viewing properties to being convinced to see Gareth for mortgage advice I cannot recommend more as a first time buyer. Gareth was able to increase our mortgage loan amount to an amount we could seriously consider getting on the property ladder, he was always replying to our small questions and supporting us. After going to multiple estate agents and mortgage brokers, we got the total package at a better rate! I will look to use again when we sell!

Really impressed with the professional way we were dealt with. From putting our flat on the market, to finding the right buyer ( thank you Byron and Jack ) and then to exchange of contracts. All staff at Fox and Sons Haywards Heath did an amazing job, they were always on hand to help, kept us updated on progress, and helped with any issues that we had to deal with. Harassing me with phone calls when iv asked them to stop more than once

I asked fox and sons to come a do a valuation of my late father’s property. I have then been phoned 20times since asking if they can put the property on the market for me. I asked them politely to not phone me any more as it’s on the market with a different estate agent and to take my details of the system. They said they would I have since then received 5 other phone calls from them and each time been told they will take my of the the system. I have had three calls since and each time I have asked not to be phoned and they keep phoning me. It’s getting to the point of harassment now. I would stay clear. They clearly don’t listen to peoples wishes and feel it’s ok to continue to phone someone when they have been asked not to. If only they put the same amount of effort into selling a property ( they had my old house on the market two years and had about three people for viewings.

I honestly do not believe our chain would have stayed together if it wasn’t for both Zoe and Caitlin at DC Law working with our buyer, vendor and further up the chain to iron out all of the bumps in the road. Our real estate agent Byron was so patient as we viewed the house three times before agreed a sale price. He was very communicative during the process and so helpful. After the price was negotiated Zoe helped progressed the sale for the two months it took to complete and stayed on the process to make sure it happened in a timely manner. Terrible service, avoid!

Terrible service, would not recommend. Would give zero stars if I could! There was no feedback following viewings, zero communication or market updates, and I had to point out listing errors multiple times (including the lease length being incorrectly shown as zero years!). I only received a brief, non-committal apology. I’ve now withdrawn the property. I wish I’d gone with an independent originally, someone who actually cares.

Continuously hassled even after asking multiple times not to be

The estate agent that came to value my property needed more customer experience. He asked very intrusive questions, was rude about other estate agents valuations, was very pushy and I felt I had to be firm when I said I am only wanting a second opinion, not for them to market my property. I asked not to be contacted by them and I would be in touch if I needed their services. In the weeks following, the decision was made for me not to use them as I was contacted via telephone at least twice a week, pushing me to put it on the market with them when all I’d asked for is a valuation. When I asked multiple times to be taken off their contact list, the message clearly didn’t get through as I was contacted a further three times after this. No voicemails were left - just missed calls from an unknown number.

⁷I would give 0 if I could. Terrible experience with fox&sons London Road Brighton. We had our house advertised with them for bearly 6 months. We had 3 viewings & 10 cancellations, however, when you looked, they claimed we had 13 viewing. Our biggest mistake was to go with them. Totally unprofessional photos. We changed the agent and within a week we had 4 viewing & one offer!! Additionally, when we left this agent, they carried on advertising our house without our permission with a new price!! Dispute both written & verbal communications! Totally unprofessional. We should have read the reviews and avoided them at all cost!! So far we have had 2 offers and might have the final offer soon.

My husband and I recently purchased our first house through Fox and Sons. As we are first time buyers we were unsure what to expect. From our first meeting we were put at ease and very impressed with the whole process. Gareth, our mortgage broker, helped us navigate through the mortgage process and managed to secure us an excellent mortgage for our circumstances. He was always available to help with our queries, response were always quick and what we thought would be a stressful process was made very simple and easy. I would highly recommend the mortgage services at Fox and Sons to anyone. During our purchase we were helped by Zoe. Zoe was always available to help with our many queries and concerns, and worked above and beyond to escalate our exchange so that we could complete on our chosen date. Awful mortgage advising service

Booked an appointment with one of their mortgage advisers, a lot of info i did not need to know that the company has x branches and have done x money on mortgages, just to be cancel on the second appointment. Got back to me after 4months saying he would help me that time, after a couple exchanges no more correspondence ive no idea whats going on. Meanwhile was contacted by another mortgage adviser she said to give her a change she’s different from her colleague. First appointment same things, second appointment a no show. Whats wrong with you people? Unbelievable. At least have the decency to cancel the appointment, i got out of work for the appointment waited 1h, even emailed and nothing.
