Lisa Mears and Kelly Killai from the Woodingdean branch managed the sale if our late father's house. They were both very sensitive to our situation which was lovely. Originally I dealt with Maddison who was extremely helpful. All staff including Nicola, Emily and Julie were equally efficient with all of them letting me know what was happening at each stage. I had a breakdown of each viewing and any questions were answered promptly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for selling my house again.

Heidi at Cubitt & West in Ashington has been an absolute diamond! It has been a long and painful road to buy a property, but flat number 4 was meant to be obviously (other properties with different agents)! Also, I must thank James, their financial advisor for his excellent work, he’s made me realise my full purchase potential and never had a silly question been a problem for him.Honestly don’t think I’d be anywhere near to completion without Heidi and James! I decided to go with Cubit and West, due to the sales pitch by Claire Mansell which was very impressive. Once I had prepared the house for sale, photographs and a video tour were taken and sent to their Data base of potential buyers, the house was immediately viewed and an offer excepted before the house went live on their web-site, Zoopla or Rightmove.I was kept up to date on the progress of the sale at every step of the way, mainly by Cailean Burns, he normally answered the phone and was always happy to answer my questions and queries.They are also dealing with the sale of my girlfriends house sale and once again Cailean has been the main point of contact and has been happy to chase any questions and issues on that sale too.I was very happy with the whole process.

For the past six months They have been trying to sell my property with Cubitt and West I can’t praise them enough! The team in Horley is absolutely outstanding… from their communication style to the level of professionalism is spot on. I have been dealing with Ellie, Siobhan, and Ben, who are so understanding about your time limitations, routine etc…. As the property I own, has its quirks, I had to rely on their diligence and devotion to be able to find the right person for it. ! Which happened! Myself and my partner have just moved in together for the first time. A bigger challenge than we first imagined. After countless viewings we finally stumbled upon a lovely house very local to us. The viewing appointment was very easy and straight forward. Ciaran Street from the Crawley branch helped set this up for us and it was a pleasure viewing the property and talking to Ciaran about it helping answer any questions we had. We eventually got the go ahead to move in and Cubitt and West made this very straight forward for us. We recently moved into a property through Cubitt & West Crawley. Ciaran Street showed us around the property and handled our application to rent the house and took us through everything step by step. He was very informative and was always quick to come back to us with answers to any of our questions. Ciaran is very professional and made the renting application and move in process stress free and straight forward. Ciaran is an excellent estate agent and we would recommend going through Cubbit & West Crawley as we haven't had any issues so far just good customer service.

Late last year we put my mums property on the market with Cubitt and West (Southsea) as we had used them before and were very happy with them. With prompt attention it was on the market by Christmas and early in the New year we had an offer! sadly the buyer pulled out 6 weeks later, but the property was promptly back on the market and soon we had another offer which is progressing well. I have been very impressed with Cubitt & West, Redhill. Kristine Capule, especially, listened to my requirements carefully when I put my property on the market, and she managed to secure a buyer extremely quickly. She was also spot on to suggest properties that I might be interested in, which helped me to find a new property I wanted to buy quickly too. Kristine is extremely professional, courteous and she is a careful listener and has the expertise to get you fast to the next step when it comes to selling and buying property. We have recently sold our property through Cubitt & West and could not recommend the southsea branch enough. We instantly warmed to Maddison the moment she came to do a valuation and throughout the whole journey, she has been invaluable. Amelia and Emily have been incredible whilst conducting viewings and as a result, we sold within just a few days.The entire team has also helped us with our own property search and we have felt nothing but supported and listened to. Zoey showed more interest and requested more knowledge of our home than the competition. She knew exactly who to market it to, and as a result it was sold after two viewings and only two days on the market.Our combined sale and purchase involved a chain which has required constant communication with all parties and Julie has been instrumental in getting everyone to the finishing line.

The whole experience from start to finish has been very professional from Cubitt and West. Siobhan initially got the property on the market swiftly and got buyers queueing up. Communication was clear, concise and just when I needed it to keep me on track. The team in the background like Lindy and Aumit kept the sale moving along with patience and diligence. We even had the usual chain issues but everybody stayed calm and alert and we finally exchanged without any issues. All in all the team at Cubitt and West deserve five stars.

From the first visit when we decided to test the market we found the team professional and helpful, the online content and video walk round were excellent by and after the first open day our property was sold. Liam and then Nichole were always there to answer our queries and then guide us through the process, communications are always responded to by various staff even if the others were out of the office, I had a few long chats with Liam during the sale and found the whole process stress free, things happen in a long chain and I always felt that this was being dealt with by our sales team and solicitors, we are grateful to Cubit and West for dealing with our sale and recommend them if you are thinking of starting your own sale/buy.

Over the moon with the service we have received from the Horley branch.After speaking to four estate agents about putting our house on the market, we were immediately drawn to Siobhan. She was incredibly friendly, professional and we loved her approach!! We have lived in our home since we married, we haven’t had to buy or sell a property for 38 years, we were very anxious about the process and needed guidance and reassurance. We also didn’t want to be sold to.We initially met with Liam Galliford who came around at a time to suit us, he was consultative and reassuring. Liam was very professional and able to answer all of our questions honestly and clearly. His recommended strategy was spot on, we sold our house in 10 days, Liam had said he expected no more than 14. We needed to move fast.Liam was supported in the Crawley office by Scott, Tamsin and Nichole, who arranged all of our viewings. They were all guided, we didn’t need to do anything, and arranged with minimum disruption to our home life. We even agreed a communication method that I was able to manage with my busy work from home schedule.Now waiting for the contracting process to conclude…up to now, the process has not been stressful, just busy and manageable thanks to Liam and his team.Highly recommended.
