TrustpilotAdvertise properties at an undervalued…
Advertise properties at an undervalued price to start a closed bidding war between interested parties. Unhelpful staff that give you no guidance and reject your offer with no explanation given. Disgraceful way to treat to prospective purchasers.

GoogleI've had very positive experience with staff from HH office. The young gentleman was very polite, had excellent communications skills and his customer service was outstanding.

TrustpilotTerrible Service
I currently rent a property via Connells... I have spent 39 days without Gas and they have been ZERO help in recovering compensation for me from the landlord and have distanced themselves continually from the situation.Terrible Terrible service that I would not recommend to anyone.

TrustpilotCONNELLS ARE THE WORST
Do not use Connels to let your property. They are completely incompetent and treat your tenants like rubbish. I have been waiting to get something fixed through them for months, and they won't let me talk to my tenants directly!I'm taking my business elsewhere.

TrustpilotPester power is not customer service
I made an enquiry about selling my house. Then decided to postpone. Call after call, emails booking valuations I'd not agreed then a call from HQ!Disgusted with their pestering which borders on harassment.

TrustpilotLying greedy corrupt and rude
Lying greedy corrupt and rude. Worst experience I've ever had dealing with an estate agent. Just let that sink in. They are the worst 'estate agent' operating in the UK. They pay no regard to the law or any notion of good customer service.

Pr1ck on the phone line, very arrogant, not willing to help. It's impossible to book a viewing, and when they say that you are going to receive a callback, you never will.
