GoogleThe house was an estate sale after my dad passed away. Darren, Sarah and the other colleagues, at William's Estates Rhyl, that I dealt with were not only professional, but warm and sympathetic at a difficult time for myself. I was kept informed at all material times so I was really pleased with their levels of communication. Finally, despite the Covid-19 emergency I never once felt a drop in service when Darren was working from home. In fact the service got better and better as Darren went in to bat for me in liaising with various parties including tradesmen, my solicitor, and the buyers to help keep the sale moving along. Could not rate the service I received highly enough. Thank you.

GoogleBeecroft were great in helping us find a house. Lynda was amazing in showing us properties in the area we were looking at and was quick to reply to questions regarding the application process. Jo has been a great help and is excellent for contacting with questions and following up queries with the landlord. All round was a great experience in finding, viewing and applying for the property.

GoogleOnce applied for the house process was fast quick and easy. All helpful staff if we got stuck with anything. Once we in had a 6 month inspection by Scott amazing guy and if we had any problems when he came within a couple of weeks they was sorted thank you so much guys

GoogleJo at beecroft estates mexborough has been nothing but helpful in the 6 years we’ve rented a property with them. She and Lynda always followed up when we had any house issues and even with some push back from the landlord they always got things sorted with great communication. The only reason we are stopping renting is that the landlord rent increases of £100 per year for the last couple years became unsustainable and it now makes more sense to buy our own property.

GoogleJo has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was like an angel that has saved me out of an area i did not like and she helped me get a new place that could be like a new eden for. She has been very speedy in terms of processing my tenancy applications and organizing things behind the scenes to make sure my move to a new area was as fuss-free as possible. It is not easy finding a new place close to relatives in the WF district but she held on to my application and was very patient with me. I am grateful and this goes to the other staff lady at Mexbourough office that was happy to help me (sorry i forgot her name). Thank uou all! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

GoogleBad experience from staff at beescroft found some of them quite rude won’t do jobs and makes tennants pay for there work do do there cleaning when ppl move out I had to do my own end of tendency clean and then two days after my brothers funeral on the day of my step brothers funeral had a no fault of my own eviction notice section 21 luckily I hate the place and haven’t done anymore jobs like I was going to but throw u out without giving a reason is wrong if u ask me and as for deposit wouldn’t personally give one as my wasn’t put into a deposit scheme even though they said it was with tds just b careful guys specially if ur landlord is dale atkins

GoogleJo is so helpful. I will admit I'm was worried about beecrofts taking over our tenancy from a different letting agents, as I had heard and witnessed myself issues with them through friends and family properties. Jo has changed my perspective on beecrofts 100%. No matter what the problem is she's always been helpful, worked with me so sort any issues, also any question is ask her, if she doesn't know the answer she finds out and gets straight back to me. The 5 stars is more for Jo personally but beecrofts I would give 4 stars.
