GoogleAbsolutely amazing service from Rebecca, the property manager. Always kept a line of communication open with us throughout the process and is extremely helpful. GoogleWe had a home inspection and i used to find these such an inconvenience but today's inspection was carried out by Scott, what an absolute lovely fella he was, made us feel so comfortable and made the home visit such a breeze, Scott is a credit to Beecroft Estates and deserves the time i have taken to leave this review, thank you.

GoogleIm so pleased to get the opportunity to give a review as me and my partner were most thrilled with williams estates ,we recently came over to Wales branch for a 4 day visit as we plan to move there from stoke on trent, we had a total of 20 houses to view (11 of which were with williams estates) the staff were so helpful in getting our appointments in an order to make viewings easier,and the viewing staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful, and we have now had an offer accepted on one of your sales,thankyou

GoogleHad nothing but a good experience with everyone here when buying my home. After going through a pretty rough time and having a lot on my plate I was kept up to date with the entire process and all the work was handled perfectly taking a lot of the strain from me. A special thank you to Rebecca who went out of her way to help me when there was no obligation to do so. She was what made this process a million times easier.

GoogleThis is our second time using Beecroft in Mexborough, and both times have been incredible experiences. Vikki has been wonderful, friendly and so helpful. We were really pushed for time to find a property and she helped us find one and get the paperwork sorted faster than I thought was possible! Linda, who I believe is the branch manager is also wonderful, when we left our first property from Beecroft, she rang us thanking us for leaving it in good condition. It makes such a difference having such friendly helpful agents to talk to. Vikki always replies to my emails almost immediately during working hours which is so helpful. Thank you so much for helping us find somewhere to live! Would absolutely recommend Beecroft in Mexborough to anyone looking for an estate agent to rent from.

GoogleVikky was wonderful from the beginning she made us feel welcome and told us exactly what was happening every step of the way. Email and WhatsApp communication were very good! She also helped tremendously by helping us move straight away! We even received a welcome to your new home card from her, which we thought was a really nice gesture!
