Broken boiler, floor tiles not fitted properly and broken, water leaking, electrical issues, poor workmanship and much much more. GoogleYears ago I gave over £2000 and never received the keys for my new place.
One of their agent in the Norwood branch took the money and did a runner unfortunately I wasn't the only one he ripped off. Took them to court won the case but never received the money back.
The agency closed down but some of them are still trading.
