GoogleWaste of time. Absolutely awful service.
My Fiance and i had arranged a viewing today with manager Claudia Gomes. On arrival at the property there was nobody there to meet us. We knocked on the door and was greeted by the current tenant who we had woken up.
We contacted Claudia Gomes office manager to state our interest in the property. Claudia informed us that the property had been let already. To our confussion we asked why we wasnt notified and was told a blatant lie by Claudia that she had emailed and called us to tell us this. This was absolutely infuriating. Claudia then went onto accusing us that it was our fault and that she had done nothing wrong. She was very rude, abrasive and patronising. I had taken a day off of work for the viewing as our current tenancy soon expires. I realise that mistakes happen on occassion but to be told blatant lies by this woman is so disappointing. A simple apology for the lack of communication would have sufficed.
I asked Claudia Gomes if i could speak to someone senior about this. She then told me she was the owner of the company. I suspect that this was probably another lie that seemes to roll off of Claudia's tongue.
On looking on the companys website i noticed the companys mission statment kept mentioning how important they value treating landlords and tenants alike with the utmost care and respect!! I suggest that if Claudia Gomes isnt the owner then the real owners should bear in mind thier company values went hiring staff/management.
Awful experience. Claudia Gomes you should be ashamed of yourself on a proffessional and personal level.

GoogleI have used Sunny bay to rent my flat during Wimbledon tennis for the past 2 years and have been extremely happy with everything. Lucy has taken take of the bookings and has been professional and helpful throughout. I would highly recommend using them. My experience has been positive which is not what I would say about other pushy estate agents.
