Very happy with Dexters

We rented a property with Dexters a month ago. The process was very smooth and quick. Excellent Property Management Service

I am very happy with the property management service provided by Dexter and I would like to give a special shout out to the Senior Property Manager, Petros Giorganios. There was an appliance broken in my apartment and needed repair service. Throughout the process, Petros followed up my case closely, give me clear instructions and options on what I could do/choose to get repair done. He would give me phone calls to clarify and explain the situation, like how I should arrange parking space in my property estate and make sure I got it right. During the phone call, he is very polite and explain things to me patiently.

Excellent work George Calderara and Isabelle Strack

My self and my husband had made the decision to value our property by 3/4 local estate agents. By far Dexter’s was the best so professional and I knew at that stage I wanted to instruct with them. George at the Hendon branch and Isabell were the two individuals we had the pleasure of dealing with. As much as I didn’t enjoy the process of selling and buying they could not have done any more to be supportive and professional. It’s a very emotional process and takes time and patience but like I said they were very professional, kind, patient and always there for a chat. Well done Dexters. First of all I have no previous experience to compare with but I as per my opinion Dexters really tries to provide good service. There are minuses and pluses, but in general I have a good opinion about this company.I was checking in my apartment but it was not clean at all. Dexters could manage cleaning service of the carpets on the 24 of Dec right before Christmas.But after check in I have been receiving a good assistance from Property Management as well as Maintenance teams.Many thanks to Jada Palmer for her willingness to help, address the issues and quick communication with the owner of apartment.

Many unforeseen complications arose with the sale of my late mother’s house, which took 15 months to reach completion. From start to finish, Simon Avigdor and his team were absolutely magnificent, they dealt with each issue with professionalism and positivity, while keeping me up to date on the progress. At one point I was so discouraged with the constant setbacks, I was ready to give up and remove the property from the market but thanks to Simon’s support and perseverance, we carried on and eventually sold the property.
