This is the first time I’ve let a property and I’ve found the islington branch to be excellent .. A friend has been waiting three weeks for central heating to be restored. His wife is nursing a four month old in a freezing flat. There is mould growing in the flat and the baby has developed a cough. Subcontractors and Dexters are unable to establish a timeframe to get adequate heating working again. Snow is forecast…..

Dexters manages the apartment I rent in Lower Holloway, they are very supportive and quick whenever we signal an issue in the property. During the last visit, their Senior Property Manager Petros Giorganios went above and beyond in showing us how to better use and maintain the heating system, on top of being very kind and courteous.

Worst estate agency

Worst estate agency, was a nightmare living in 121A Darwin Road. No sound proof, creaky floors, history of neighbours fighting bcoz of it. Being let out inspite of all this. Property Manager never replies back to emails. No action taken even after 9 months. Boiler was broken from almost a month and lived without heating or hot water. Finally gave up and moved out. Not a word of apology from them, they are chasing now regarding contract.

Having booked a viewing with Dexters, we arrived at the flat, to find that our estate agent was late and unable to attend. Despite this, we were thankful Michael was able to fill in and meet with us. Michael was very friendly, professional and helpful. He provided us with an extensive amount of information about the property, answering our questions with great detail and noteworthy advise for going forward. Michael even extended his kindness by offering to drive us back, from the property to the town centre, which we haven't had the pleasure of receiving from any other estate agents before - a great ambassador for Dexters.
