From first contact with Simon we were impressed by the friendly professionalism and good local market knowledge. Cos and his team delivered an amazing viewing schedule (and the neighbours were most impressed, too). Having agreed a sale Gabriel and Verity then took over and despite some challenging discoveries along the way they have helped bring the sale to its conclusion. Verity left no stone unturned in helping to resolve some difficult issues. I would recommend the services of Dexters without reservation.

Lots of issues when moving in, helpful getting these sorted

I recently moved into a property let by and managed by Dexters. One of the reasons I chose Dexters was because I thought I would be less likely to have issues with it being a larger company. However when I moved in there were a wide range of issues including mould, furniture that was supposed to be removed, broken appliances and blocked drains. Basic checks before I moved in would have identified these issues.

Verity did a brilliant job of liaising with the buyers and their solicitors during the sale process. She worked tirelessly to ensure everything progressed, despite some challenging times. She was well supported by Gabriel. Yllnora was also very helpful and efficient when my first sale fell through and a new buyer needed to be found. We had a prolonged sale as result of coming in after the stamp duty relief (we think) and because of the general market craziness of 2021. Regardless, Dexters always managed to get people through the door and managed to secure us a buyer that we're really pleased to be passing the property on to. At the end of the transaction they really came into their own to get us over the line in a very stressful transaction; someone further up the chain added another property on the day of exchange! They managed to keep our buyer's confidence, push the top to exchange, and ultimately get us over the line. I have found the team at Dexters Wimbledon, especially Gabriel the Manager, to be extremely proactive and responsive to my requests. We had a very positive experience buying with Dexters. After an initial couple of viewings of things not quite right for us Megan made sure we found about suitable properties right away and was great on viewings. Especially liked having 30min slots for second viewings and through the conveyancing process has been regularly keeping us up to date. Update 09/22 - following exchange, an update to say how Dexters, in particular Verity, continued to provide excellent service and communication through the process of surveys, enquiries etc. Ours took a little while due to issues up chain which were not down to Dexters but they kept us up to date throughout.

I had a great experience throughout my buying process. Gabriel was very personable, responsive and helpful throughout, I felt he cared and was supporting both sides of the sale for us to get to the best outcome. I had just been through a terrible experience with another local agency, and some substandard service with others when viewing and offering, so the treatment from the team at Dexter’s really stood out. I felt no pressure, but got great support and clarity throughout, quick responses and regular check ins (but not pushy at all) and the process was quick and smooth.
