Throughout the process she kept me informed of the buyer's situation and consistently kept in touch with (and nudged!) the buyer's solicitor. Whilst also explaining the process to me as it was my first time selling a property. Fantastic customer service and honestly would recommend Heritage Estate agents to everybody!
