Hannah especially provided a personable and friendly service going the extra mile to provide regular updates and make sure I was comfortable throughout the entrie process. Tom was also very friendly and informative when attending subsequent viewings of the house and made me feel at ease throughout the process, I highly recommend osprey properties for anyone looking to buy or sell.

GoogleCannot recommend Hannah highly enough. She has been absolutely amazing from start to finish on our purchase and sale. Hannah has really gone above and beyond with this and really dealt with some difficult situations very professionally and efficiently. Hannah always kept us up to speed with what was going on and did more than we could ever ask to help. The glue that kept everything together. Anyone selling a house should speak to Hannah and know that you couldn’t be in better or safer hands. She has great contacts and really knows how to get things done swiftly, efficiently and we enjoyed working with her. Would highly highly recommend.

GoogleRight from the outset of selling Mums house, I knew we would need to find someone to handle the sale of her property with dignity, professionalism, and expertise of selling in the local area. I knew I had found all those qualities when I met Hannah and Jamie. From day one, they were both helpful, kind, and aware of the sensitivities when it came to selling a much loved family home. Hannah was available whenever I had a question, and would often answer a question 'out of hours' which helped put my mind at ease immediately when I had a query. Sometimes, Hannah would just email me to see how things were, not because of anything in particular, just to reach out to see how I was. She showed compassion and kindness throughout the process, and I am so grateful to her for that. The sale is due to 'complete' next week, and I wish to thank Hannah and her team for all their support during the house sale. Hannah, a special thank you for being there along side me, at one of the most stressful times, and for being so good at what you do!! 😊

Viewed a property to rent twice and on both occasions the agent from Osprey (James Jobling) was punctual, charming, informative and an asset to his company. He met us at the property and showed us around answering all our questions fully. In the end the property wasn't quite for us but I really did feel that I would have rented it simply because of James and his exuberant and extremely pleasant character and interest in the property.

GoogleI bought a house through Osprey earlier this year and was so impressed by how Hannah handled the process - she continually kept me informed and made sure things moved along. If she hadn't been chasing things up with conveyancers and other estate agents the exchange would have been delayed by weeks. So when it came to selling my old house, I didn't even consider using a different estate agent and again the whole team at Osprey excelled themselves. Even though I had already chosen Osprey, I had a few valauations just to check the price - Jamie was the only person who offered me genuine advice and didn't just seem to be giving me sales talk. The property was then marketed very well and immediately had several viewings and offers at the price I wanted. But again, I came to realise that it's not just getting an offer but making sure it actually goes through. I was in a large chain and am convinced that the whole thing would've fallen through if it hadn't been for Hannah and the excellent conveyancer she recommended. Other estate agents and conveyancers weren't doing what they were meant to and it took them to step in and literally do others' work for them to get it across the line. Having seen how important the choice of estate agent is to getting things to completion, I would never consider selling with anyone other than Hannah. Five stars really aren't enough!

From the first visit it was clear that their customer service was genuine and that continued throughout the process of the house sale. I was especially pleased with the communication between us with Osprey giving weekly updates on the progress and keeping me informed of the next step. This company is a disgrace, avoid buying from them. They were supposed to put a new road in as part of the deal that allowed them to build in our village. Only part of the road has been built and we are left with a pot holed mess and no sign of Osprey. I am shocked that North Hertfordshire have allowed them to build there without even checking on previous sites. There should be a data base of rogue developers and Osprey should be on it.

Went for a viewing and loved the property. The estate agent we viewed with was lovely and welcoming. However, we had to find out through the right move link that we had been unsuccessful in the renting process. We called, emailed and finally got a reply to say it went to someone else.... DUH!
