What can I say aside from brilliant! Hannah and Tom have been amazing throughout. Previous agent managed to arrange three viewings in as many months. As soon as Hannah took it on, we had several viewings organised in week 1. Knows the market, knows the area, knows her customers, knows how to handle clients and communications have been tip top. Tom was fantastic at follow-up and progression, was always enthusiastic and on top of things. I simply can’t recommend the Melton team at Osprey highly enough. I’m writing this review as a recent buyer of an Osprey (Melton) listed property. I personally don’t recommend using them. We viewed a property listed three times, each time the agent was over 15 minutes late with no phone call to let us know, also forgot the key on one occasion. Found the agents very unreachable in the office, and we were constantly redirected to the neighbouring office in Stamford. And finally on completion day our agent was too busy taking photos for another listing and was unreachable on the day. We had no communication from them whatsoever the day before or on moving day so we had no idea what the plan was. We chased from early morning on moving day and were repeatedly redirected to Stamford. We had to hand our keys over to our buyer at 1pm, and at this point we still hadn’t heard anything from the office and were effectively homeless until someone phoned us back. We FINALLY heard back from the STAMFORD office that we could collect our keys at 2pm!!!! (At this point we still hadn’t heard from anyone in the Melton office!) Fortunately we had somewhere to go for the hour we were homeless but it was incredibly unprofessional and I’m sure our sellers would have been mortified knowing that’s how they treated us! Ps, thank you to Ricky in Stamford who actually answered the phone and helped us!

Do not recommend! We had VERY different views on proactive marketing! Posting my house once on their facebook page and once on their instagram I do not call proactive! I had to ask for it to be put on again and reluctantly they did but that was all in 6 months, unsurprisingly I only had 1 viewing! This was suddenly “found” an hour after I asked why had there been no viewings! Also seemed to know what the feedback was going to be before the viewing which was to reduce the price substantially! The property is not overpriced its top valuation was more than I was asking. Terrible communication 9/10 times it was me that contacted them first. Beware also their contract is 20 weeks then 4 weeks notice a lot longer than other agents. On a plus side staff I dealt with when they communicated were pleasant mostly!
