Belvoir Lettings have been my agent for 11 years. During this time we have had 5 tenants all of which have taken care of our property and rent has always been paid on time. This Is due to the fact that agents operate in a professional manner representing both the tenants and the landlord. I have many friends that have encountered serious issues with tenants due to neglect from the agents, I gladly have no negative feed back and would totally recommend Belvoir Lettings.

The company ruined my life. When I came back my house was destroyed by a single parent and her trib of kids. And when I asked for compensation they said take us to court. I moved back two years ago and I'm still rebuilding the damage. Financial they ruined me I have had 3 jobs just to keep a roof over my head. Worst company I have ever dealt with and I was paying them and trusting they with my property.

All of the team were extremely helpful during the whole process. My partner and I moved into our first rental property via Belvoir and it could not have gone smoother. They are all always willing to help with anything you need and I honestly could not say a bad thing about them. Whilst looking for properties in the area we enquired with other agencies (not to be named) and Belvoir completely put them to shame. Their service is second to none. Also, Jess deserves a special mention as she has been an absolute star throughout and always whenever needed. Highly recommend

Absolutely fine whilst you’re renting and paying and on time as we always did, but try getting your deposit back from them and you get every excuse under the sun. Billed us for not mowing the lawn in the snow and now make excuse after excuse not to give us the rest of the deposit. Beware when you pay your deposit you’ll have to fight to get it back!

Be warned! I would never recommend them as a tenant. They seem to acquire Landlords of poor quality. They are sloppy in their admin; taking on property with lots of issues, missing rad controls, damp, doggy electrics, lost tokens etc etc
