GoogleOver the last 12 years Belvoir Lettings has found us 3 very good tenants. The communication through telephone or e-mail (as we live abroad) has always been courteous, helpful and friendly. There appears to be good teamwork and any issues over those 12 years have been dealt with efficiently and swiftly. Thank you.

Adam - if you have a problem with requested deductions from your deposit the tenancy deposit scheme is there to offer an independent arbitration service for tenants and landlords.

GoogleRenting - everything it's nice when you move in, but when you need something to be repaired or when you vacate the property and need to get you're deposit back - it's a different story. It was a million better with a private landlord - from my experience ;)
