TrustpilotBest estate agent in the borders
From the start Adam was upfront and honest fees were reasonable and the communication was great. He went above and beyond and helped us collect final meter readings which saved us a 3 hour round trip. Would recommend as the only agent to use in the borders.

GoogleWe were very impressed with the friendly and efficient service we received recently in selling our house. The fees were at the lower end of the spectrum, but with no loss of professionalism. Highly recommended.

TrustpilotExcellent service and marketing
Great initial meeting with fixed costs clearly laid out. We were always kept updated throughout the marketing process, including feedback from viewers. They also recommended a local solicitor to deal with the legal conveyancing who was equally as good throughout. We would definitely use Adam and Donald at James Agent again.

TrustpilotWe would highly recommend James Agent.
We would highly recommend James Agent to anyone who is looking to sell their house. From the moment we first contacted Adam we were highly impressed with the quality of expert advice and guidance given by Adam. We knew from the start that we were in very good hands when it came to selling our house and we sold within 3 days of our house hitting the market. Adam's professional experience, and the easy and clear fees is what set's him away from the other estate agents The after sales service was also exceptional and we valued that highly. Not that we are looking to move house!, however, if we were, we would not hesitate to use James Agent again and I would urge anyone looking or thinking of selling to talk to Adam.
