We are almost near completion, and so far, Kingston’s Melksham have been fantastic. I was able to bring people over for quotes of work to be carried out to the property which is very helpful to help me plan ahead before I get the keys. Callum is the only person I have met from the team so far and he's been nothing but helpful and catering for our needs, I’m sure I have annoyed him with the constant calls lol, but he's been there every time we need him! We will use you again 100% in the future thanks for all your help so far 😊

My opinion is that Kingstons Melksham is the best estate agency in Melksham, after contacting every estate agency in town almost two years ago. The staff is extremely customer oriented and proactive. They are proffesionals and I highly recommend it to anyone who rents/lets. And it is not just one time experience. Since then, our communication with Kingstons Melksham is one of the best, I appreciate their way of organizing and maintainance during our tenancy agreement.

I sent Kingstons a email via Rightmove requesting a viewing on a property, no reply . I telephoned Kingstons requesting a viewing , all sales staff were not available ,I was promised a reply call that was never made I received a short email from Kingston telling me a Tennant was in the property and I would be contacted when a viewing could be arranged, I received no contact . Once again I telephoned Kingston and was told Tennant was moving out and a viewing could be arranged on Thursday if the Tennant had left. On Thursday I received a text telling me the property had been sold after a viewing three days earlier ..while the Tennant was in the premises. Totally let down by this company .will not be Interested in any thing these cowboys are selling .

I would highly recommend Kingstons (Melksham) if you're looking to either sell or buy a property. We switched to their office after an unhappy time with another agent and they never let us down, even through some tricky issues that came up. Moved into a rented property that was absolutely filthy, covered with mould, with a carpet ridiculously stained and appliances not working. After admitting it themselves that it wasn't in an ideal state, They have done absolutely nothing to help us sort the problem. Two weeks after moving in and we're still bleaching mould and having to repaint the awful "touch up" jobs that were done to cover the mould rather than treat it. We have two windows that can't be shut, and didn't receive all the keys to the property. They forgot to collect a certificate on move in day and now we're supposed to work round them to get it to them even after everything else we have to do in the actual property. As a property MANAGEMENT company I have to question what they have actually done to manage this property?! Absolute joke and completely unprofessional. Been left absolutely stressed and deflated and they don't give one iota of interest. FYI "I don't mean to be rude but..." usually means you're being rude. Definitely won't be using again!
