GoogleGreat service. They priced the house at the top end of our expectations and we received the asking price, in part no doubt to the excellent video taken by Joe Hayden during the current restrictions. This gave buyers a complete look at the house. They used an app to let me know the progress of the sale and kept in touch with solicitors etc. A very professional service with all team members very helpful.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleOutstanding service from all the exceptional staff at kingstons , we had our house sold up to final contract when unfortunately the day befor me and my family went on holiday our buyers pulled out :( . Kingstons incredibly managed to resell our property within 24 hours going above and beyond what we would expect , still making calls at 9pm on a Saturday night to make the deal happen . From this we then went on to have a great holiday and now have moved into our lovely new home , the local comunication to ease the stress of moving house was priceless, cant thank them enough , great job guys .

GoogleThey were helpful from the start of the process, even starting with looking at their houses on line. Joe did the videos which was great you learnt a lot more about the houses and better look around all the rooms. We found the house we love, and Tamzin helped us through the whole process from start to finish. Would recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe bought a property through Kingstons. Nothing was too much trouble with Callum fitting us in for viewings and Tamsin going above and beyond to make it happen. We were having to contact Tamsin almost daily and she was always professional, helpful and friendly. A employee in a million. Kingstons make sure that you keep hold of her .PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleKingstons Melksham did an outstanding job on the brochure they produced for our property which I am sure contributed greatly to a successful sale. They were very quick to respond to any queries or requests generated from either party involved in the transaction, which certainly made the whole process relatively stress free. We would most certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a very professional service when selling their home.

GoogleExcellent management of my property, found a tenant within a week and he has been perfect. Follow up with all requirements in advance and renew the tenancies as and when needed. Great communication and follow up which is key for me. Have used other agents in the past but none come close to Kingston's. Highly recommend as an agent for your rental portfolio.

GoogleFriendly, helpful and approachable - All of the staff really make the effort to ensure that you have everything you need - extra time looking round a property or chasing the solicitor to complete a purchase. I was very happy with the service I received searching for then buying a property with them and will definitely be using them in the future. Thank you all!

GoogleKingstons were very very communicative through-out the sale of our house. They kept us fully informed of every movement within the chain, and were extremely helpful and patient when 'technical talk' required explanation in 'lay-mans terms'. Thoroughly thoroughly recommended. Cannot fault their, very professional, service BIG thumbs up! :)

GoogleBuying a house and all that it entails can be very stressfull at the best of times, but trying to view and purchase a house through lockdown has been very challenging. However the staff we have dealt with at Kingstons, Lee, Callum and Tamzin have been extremely helpful and quick to respond with any questions we have raised.

Having moved quite a lot in the past few years with different agents, I can definitely say Kingstons is by far the best.
