Absolutely disgusted with the property management service. Ongoing repair needed to property since august, despite many requests for information for the insurance to proceed, when emails and voicemails remain even now unanswered. I have finally had to arrange the repair myself. Questions about the property visit report have been ignored Even my complaint has not been responded to!

From the very start when we were trying to move to Hythe I found the staff at Wards Estate Agents very Friendly and helpful. We have been dealing with Florence and Mark who were great. They arranged viewings at very short notice and kept in touch by phone. I would use them again.
