Very disappointed with the sales team at strood they fail to follow up viewings expecting customers who viewed a property to call them with feedback. This led to me losing the property I was ready to put an offer on when I called they told me it was already sold. When I protested I was told I could put an offer on to see if it was higher. Just because they are underhand I would not try to snatch a property on which an offer has been accepted on as it is very unfair. The customer care is zero it’s all about the money not the people who are already stressed with whole process of fighting with estate agents.

We took our own time to look around and she was really patient throughout the process.When we had queries about a few things inside the property she diligently checked with the sellers to keep us informed. Deeply Disappointing Experience, Strood Mann Sales and Letting Agents

Our experience with Mann Sales and Letting Agents Strood has been deeply disappointing. As someone with experience in leadership, I can confidently say that the issues my family faced clearly stem from leadership, as the agency has failed to take accountability for their poor service. The signs were there from the very first calls and continued all the way through. Appointment punctuality and coordination were major issues from the beginning. Scheduled viewings were consistently delayed, leaving us in uncomfortable situations and forcing us to personally show prospective buyers around our property. This lack of punctuality and disregard for our concerns was unacceptable. This not only inconvenienced us but also left us feeling uncomfortable and vulnerable. Moreover, prospective buyers also expressed dissatisfaction with their poor experience e.g left waiting outside properties, unclear instructions and poor communication.Transparency regarding the terms of the sole agency contract was also lacking. Critical details, such as the length of the agreement, were not adequately discussed, leaving us feeling misled and questioning the integrity of the process.Furthermore, the advertising of our property on Rightmove and other platforms was subpar. We were left to request enhancements and updates, reflecting poorly on the agency's commitment to effective marketing.Despite our attempts to address these issues, the agency has refused to take responsibility and has closed ranks. Even after following the 'official' complaints process, they have refused to allow us to alter the length of the contract or even to move to a multi-agency agreement, which is a basic and straightforward solution that can easily be done and has been advised by other professionals in the industry.I strongly caution against entrusting your property sale to Mann Sales and Letting Agents Strood. Should you decide to proceed with them, heed this advice: never concede to a sole agency contract, demand meticulous attention to the advertising of your property, and scrutinise every detail of the contract, particularly its duration. I firmly advocate for a contract length of no more than 4 weeks or 28 days. Furthermore, be resolute in avoiding coercion into utilising their in-house financial services. Despite our repeated insistence on retaining our trusted brokers, Mann Co persistently pressured us until we were compelled to inquire whether our decision to use our own brokers would pose a problem, emphasising the importance of asserting your preferences firmly.Overall, our experience has been disappointing, and we hope our feedback prompts Mann Sales and Letting Agents to reassess their practices, processes, and procedures and strive for improvement in the future. Now, we find ourselves left to wait out the length of the contract as they refuse to alter it. As a family with two young children, aged 2 and 4, it's evident that our needs have been consistently overlooked and disregarded throughout this entire ordeal.

I had the best renting experience with Steward and his team at Mann Estate and Letting Agents. We have rented a house via Mann in Strood, in 2016. Everything went really smooth, and we had our keys earlier than expected. Ever since, any problems we have occurred with the property, Steward and his team was there to help us. We have moved out this month from the property and the process couldn't be easier. Steward even refunded us for the remaining paid rent. It was the best renting experience we ever had. If you need to rent a house, or a flat, and you don't want any extra hassle, look no further and call Mann Estate and Letting Agents in Strood. Recently used Mann for the sale of our Mum’s home after she passed. From the first contact with Charlotte they were superb, they went the extra mile to make this as easy as possible during an emotional time for us. Provided options for the contract and helped us find a conveyancer. It soon became clear that it didn’t matter who you speak to, Anne, Shelby, Paul they were all well informed and always pleased to help. They stepped in a number of times to chase the purchasers solicitors when things stalled. Worst estate agent (£1200 not refunded)

Worst estate agent, whole company is full of scam (its mortgage advice, solicitor panel). They have taken advance payment of £399 for solicitor search and £798 for mortgage for my potential buy. Later the seller pulled from process and I have asked for refund, but they are not refunding my money. This is worst company in the UK to deal with property, mortgage, solicitor panel.

Absolutely disappointed and regretting…

Absolutely disappointed and regretting I chose MANN woolwich , Victoria wasn’t supportive and helpful at all, I rented a house 3 weeks ago, when I went in there was no hot water at all. Been chasing and going to the agency in woolwich every day and until today there is still not hot water in the property. Never ever trust them especially Victoria. I can’t believe that in 21st century I need to use kettle to have shower . Thank you @mannwoolwich
