Renting with them has been a completly horrible experience!!!We paid £700 admin fees, non-refundable, for all the contracts, documents, inventories they needed and when we made them a complaint, because they left us for 4 MONTHS WITHOUT A SHOWER, we've been told that they cannot be helt accountable, because no contract has been signed directly with them.Horrible people, disgusting customer service. They don't care for their customers.I will never trust a renting agency again, because of them

I would give zero if I could. I wanted to take over the management of my 2 properties from Mann. It has been 8 weeks now and I still have't received contact details of my tenants I phone nearly every day and get sincere apologies (HA HA) and assurance I will be called back immediately and they never do. The staff have much to be desired verging on useless incompetence. And strangely my emails keep disappearing which never seems to happen when they want money. There seems to be a total lack of experience, professionalism or care

Dreadful service, cancelled a viewing 10 minutes before the time! They had been told 2 days before that the owner was going elsewhere and I don't blame him as the floorplan was incorrect and made up a utility room that was actually a garden. They also lied and said he had rented the property out when in fact he had left them for a better estate agents. Will never use again.

Incompetent and ignorant .. how stupid were we to trust this company (Rochester/Strood) to act as our selling agent. They did not have the knowledge to market our property because it is unusual. They have cost us tens of thousands of pounds. We have a buyer through another agent but are getting far below the market value because of this terrible agent. Don’t touch, they don’t deserve your business.

The agency help me to get the house ready to be rented and found someone who was interested in renting the house in a very short period of time. Although I now live abroad communication is not a problem and I can trust that Mann countrywide will look after my property very well. I am very satisfied .

Horrendous. Couldn’t care less about their tenants in urgent situations like damp in the property after leaks with children under 3 in the property. Communication is non existent after politely requesting to be kept updated. Never felt so uncared for.

I wish I’d read the reviews before trying to buy a property via Mann in Ashford. Terrible from start to finish. Impossible to get hold of and when you do, some of the staff are very rude. We decided to buy a house with a different agent. Didn’t realise how bad some estate agents can be until now!

Avoid im renting a 3 bedroom house.they charge over £160 for there service.i get nothing not once has my property been checked.we have our own maintenance people thank god i have such a good tennant.i have asked luke to sort this out as feel i need a refund.you dont pay for a service and get nothing.
