GoogleI was renting off Linda mattews for nearly five years,I had a couple of nice properties off them,the staff couldn’t do enough for me,I only left them because I relocated to another part of the country,highly recommended and stress free,always happy to help,thank you.

GoogleFound excellent service was able to come and value property very quickly. Manns I had to wait for two weeks for appointment for them not to turn up and not even contact us to cancel Also we found Linda Matthews advice really helpful with a very accurate appraisal would recommend strongly for sales and lettings

GoogleI have contacted several estate agents regarding properties via either Zoopla or Rightmoves. All other agents at least acknowledge your correspondence or get back to you, even if the property is no longer available, but not this company. I appreciate we are experiencing challenges at this time, but good manners seem to have failed this company.

GoogleWorst letting agent ever took my money on a property before checking things properly with landlord sat around for 2 weeks no longer looking for a property for them to avoid phone calls asking what was happening for them to turn round 3 weeks before me and my daughter are going to be homeless and say it all fell through! Don't know their arses from their elbows!

GoogleI have been a tenant with linda matthews for over 2 years and about to move to another property using them agian. I have never had any issues with dealing with Linda Mathews and if repairs are needed then they are done quickly. Also there fees are fair and the application process is straight forward.

GoogleAbsolutely rude as hell staff. Customer service is non existent in the way they talk to people, especially potential tenants. Do not use. I am surprised they are still in business with their attitude

GoogleNot sure why they have bad reviews? I moved here from Essex not knowing any areas but they found me an absolutely stunning flat and was absolutely hassle free to rent it. I can't praise them enough... The couple of issues I've had they have dealt with them extremely fast and efficiently. Would recommend to anyone.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleIf you happen to be a rip off merchant land lord then these are the agents for you. They’ll have your back. If your a tenant then don’t touch them. They don’t help they don’t want to know and they will fob you off with rubbish. NO MORALS MATTHEWS would be a more apt name

GoogleAbsolutely atrocious customer service been left in a property 5 months with none of the promised repairs done including a broken front room window from previous tenants which we were assured would be fixed. They never return your phone calls and are extremely unprofessional avoid avoid avoid.

GoogleIt’s been 3 days and I am still waiting for a call/email regarding 4 investment properties I would like to potentially purchase. Confidence, which was already low, is dropping each day. No wonder their properties stay on the market so long if they don’t respond to bloody enquiries!!
