GoogleNot great, staff seem fed up, one appointment canceled, appointment very rushed. I was shown around one of the two properties, but 'show' is probably the wrong word. The person stood in the doorway while I had a look round and when I came back with questions, they had no idea and told me to call the office on Monday (this was a Friday evening). The property had been advertised around £50 pcm lower than the price that it was actually being let at. This happened "by accident" with the two properties I looked at, very strange 'coincidence'. Compared to others in the area, unfortunately this is the cowboy estate agent of Matlock who just dont seem to care.

GoogleWhen moving out of the rented property I was told by fidler Taylor that they would sort out my bills and inform everyone that I was moving out, a year later I am being chased by SSE for money as they were not informed of my move. When queried with fidler Taylor I was told that yes cancelling bills is something that they do, only for that statement to be very quickly retracted when they learnt of the debt. When I left they continued to take rent from me (I know I'm stupid and maybe I should've known this had to be cancelled on my end, but with this being my first property I didn't) fidler Taylor sent a letter to me to inform that it had to be cancelled from my end, they sent this to the address I rented with them about a week after I had already moved out & then charged £50 for me to get my money back. Takes them weeks to even report repairs. Accountant in the matlock branch is extremely rude and unprofessional. Overall if your looking for dishonest service which will have you paying out fidler Taylor's are your guys.

GoogleThree times I rang to enquire about a commercial valuation and asked to speak to Mark Renshaw over the period of a month. Not one returned phonecall even as a matter of courtesy. I finally asked to speak to the organ grinder to give him feedback and guess what he didn't even bother to call back. Disgustingly poor communication even to a prospective client, God only knows how the valuation would have concluded.

GoogleTravelled up from Kent to view a property in Derbyshire on Saturday and the agent had already left after the previous viewing!!! After speaking with the Office today it transpired that the viewing agent had printed off her instructions and hadn't been updated. Poor show, totally unorganised and unprofessional and a total waste of time and effort!!!!
