GoogleFidler-Taylor Matlock were really helpful with the sale of my Dads house. In an emotional situation from the start, responsive, engaging and reactive. All throughout the viewings, offers, updates and sale process not once did I feel like I wasn't involved or kept updated. Big thanks the Megan and the team. Would recommend to anyone in the area - from someone not located in the area.

GoogleMy friend and I had the pleasure of using Fidler Taylor for the 2nd time in the last couple of years. We were moving locally within the Derbyshire Dales from one property to another. We had the upmost pleasure of having Jacob as our point of contact all the way through the process of moving into our new home. I cannot fault his fantastic professional attitude towards making a dream come true for us. He was always quick to reply to emails and calls and was a pleasure to speak to in person. He made everything within the moving process very easy and hassle free. There was no confusion or misunderstanding at any point for us and having successfully completed the move can say we would love to use Jacob and Fidler Taylor again in the future if we were ever in a position too.

GoogleOver the last 5 months the service we have received from the state of the premises when we moved in to the multiple issues during our time here till the point we are still receiving demanding letter through the post for unpaid bills not associated to us. The correspondence back from the rental side of the Matlock Branch is so hit and miss you wouldn’t believe. We have had no dealings with the Ashbourne Branch so I can’t attach any blame to them. We have had one dealing with the Matlock Branch for houses for sale and they were very professional.

GoogleThe property we were given was not as described - it was unsafe, and unliveable; When speaking to a member of staff about the issues we faced, it was initially laughed off and we were put to the back of the list to be helped to the point we had to leave. I was harassed and made to feel uncomfortable by a contractor they vetted, to the point I couldn't stay in the property as the person they hired had access to the property for over a month as the original contractor who harassed me had not handed the keys back in to Fidler Taylor and they didn't even check to see if he had, and we found this out through another contractor after I had told them I felt unsafe - and they completely ignore any relevant criticism or query. I could go in to numerous details on how Fidler Taylor and their Matlock staff are inept but all I will say is this: Please, if you are considering renting a property from them, do not waste your money and go elsewhere. If you are considering Letting out a property, save yourself from any future legal battles as Fidler Taylor will not make you aware of anything!

Google****Avoid at all costs**** Terrible customer service - we drove an hour to view a rental property, we were greeted by the agent who took us around the property and advised us to get our application is quickly as one other person was also interested. We quickly went to the office to get a form (5mins drive) to be told that the house had already been let! They told us that they had let it out that day at 1pm, when I advised that we had driven for an hour to get there and why didnt they let us know at 1pm when the let had been agreed - the said 'sorry, I did ask the manager if we should call you but they said...ah just let them look around anyway'! In short - we wasted over two hours of our day driving, £60 in petrol for our van and also fell in love with the house....to be told it was already taken!! DO NOT USE Fidler Taylor!!
