As a person looking at properties, I have found them disappointing. I went to view one property to be told the agent’s car had broken down, but they managed to get another car and were on their way. When the agent arrived, she said two agents had turned up at a different property instead of this one! If you want to tell porkie pies, best to communicate with one another. Today, I wanted to view a property, but due to working long hours and because I have not sold my home, they didn’t want to accommodate me for the weekend viewing as they had no capacity. Then, I was told, an appointment would be made, but if a purchaser in a better position came along, they would cancel me. Not sure it’s the best way to install confidence in a buyer.

Right from the first call they made to us offering us a viewing on the house they thought we might be interested in that we ended up buying!
