Unfortunately we had to pull out of the purchase and sale due to unforeseen problem. Joe, Maddy and Julie, the staff in Martlesham Heath office, are professional, efficient, reliable and enthusiastic. My situation was complex and they all showed empathy, understanding and support. They guided me through the processes of selling my home and purchasing a new property offering good sensible advice. They were honest and upfront, fair to all parties involved. I felt safe. The atmosphere in the office is one of optimism and cheerfulness. I felt I could phone or pop in anytime and they were always helpful........... No, I 'm not related to any of them!
