GoogleNot the greatest but helped us buy our perfect home. They could be more proactive in keeping in touch.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review Mr Robinson. I’m so pleased that we helped you find your perfect home. I have raised your point with the general manager regarding being more proactive in keeping in touch and he has investigated this and spoken to Emily in sales progression who said from memory she was speaking to you weekly and closer to the end was speaking to you every few days. She did mention Right at the end she didn't speak with you for a week or two as nothing could be done until the divorce money came in but all parties were aware of this. I hope this helps but if you wish to discuss further please email me shanemarks@marksandmann.co.uk. I hope you have settled in well to your new home and wish you a lovely Christmas. Best wishes, Shane and the team.

Good Afternoon Teresa. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I would like to understand more about the problems you have experienced with our search feature on our website as its not something i have come across before and have just tested postcodes and it appears to be working correctly. Please feel free to contact myself on my email which is shanemarks@marksandmann.co.uk or alternatively please call 01473 396 077 which is the Martlesham office who will be more than happy to help you. FacebookHighly recommend, great communication from Joe, Emily and Lauren. Joe managed to get 10 viewings on our property in one day, and we managed to settle on an over offer. Really pleased, would definitely use them again

GoogleVery professional service. They always gave me feedback after each viewing and even when they couldn't get hold of the viewer they would call to tell me they were trying. Sold my house for full asking price in less than a week. Would highly recommend.

Having checked our system we have not had any dealing with a Mary Smith and as this would appear to be a new account we believe this to be a fake review that has been reported to Google.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
