Sold my dads house for me and went above and beyond ! kept me always up to date in what is a stressful time. All staff were excellent, but a BIG Thankyou to both Shane, ( He actually did the conveyancing) and Emma who sent me emails if any updates, sometimes 4.00am sometimes 10.00pm and occasionally during the day !. That in my book is dedication

The sellers of our first home chose Marks and Mann as their estate agents and I’m so glad they did! Shane, Louise and team were extremely helpful throughout the whole process and I’ve never known estate agents (or anyone in the industry) to be so efficient and on the ball! They were always on hand to help with any little query and pushed the transaction along very nicely. Marks and Mann will always be the ones we turn to for estate agents in future! They have set the bar high and other estate agents could certainly learn a thing or two from them! I can’t thank them enough, highly recommend.

Fantastic service, thank you so much! From valuation to completion, Marks and Mann were professional and well organised. In particular, Shane was very proactive at getting us viewings and selling our property quickly whilst managung our expectations in an uncertain market. Emily supported us through the sale with a friendly and helpful manner. We always had a quick response and never had any cause for complaint. Highly recommended!

In particular Reece and Jake with regards to purchasing and Emily who saw the purchase right through to the end as part of the sales progression team. - The state of the art web portal is something to behold keeping you right up to date with any sale / purchase! Professional Slick outfit who I will certainly be using again in the future for any purchase / sale of a property.

All staff we dealt with at this office provided very friendly professional service. Even after one sale fell through due to mortgage problems, they pressed hard to obtain other buyers quickly. Took care of all viewings and provided constant feedback. Joe Parker is to be commended, staying in contact even on his day off. He surely is the best of the best. Thanks to all Marks and Mann staff for answering our calls and reducing our stress. We would use them again and will highly recommend this firm to others.

I have just sold my house with Marks and Mann Estate Agents in Martlesham, firstly my sister Tracey (who has now recently joined their team) introduced me to Shane who immediately instilled confidence in his no lengthy contractual agreements approach. I asked for a different marketing plan and he really delivered, in fact the best I had seen. Emma, in their sales team was a joy to work with, her positive attitude and always helpful nature complimenting the entire first class team effort, many thanks to you all.
