Horrendous experience. Sold a no chain property, all parties agreed 4-6 timeline. 10 days later still no memo of sale despite 3 chasers. Weren't able to produce a piece of paper with parties solicitors details for over a week because of a "technical error". 5 weeks in at second viewing buyer mentions they are thinking about buying - Lawler didn't inform me of this at all despite being aware of the timeline. Then found out the boiler didn't work seller says estate agent should have informed us of this during the viewing - they didn't. Chased them repeatedly getting the same response that I should wait for the seller to find a suitable place to rent. After 9 weeks it finally transpired the seller did not have a sufficient budget to rent. The whole thing was a complete waste of time. Left me homeless over Christmas and £1000 out of pocket. If you can avoid using Lawler I strongly encourage you to do so, worst time of my life.
